Artist's Statement

Kiki Cammarata is a multidisciplinary artist and full-time art educator. A Somerville resident, Kiki creates wheel-thrown ceramic work at Maud Morgan Arts & hand-forged jewelry at her Vernon St. studio space. Through her work as an art teacher she is inspired by various movements in modern art history which inform her use of clean lines, geometric shapes, and playful approach to positive and negative space.
